English Russia has two videos of Boris Yeltsin captured in some very awkward moments. The first one shows the President of Russia from 1991 to 1999 barely sober enough to stand up during a public appearance. Next is some footage of Yeltsin picking up and throwing a "random" woman into the Black Sea...It's hilarious and strange at the same time. Probably staged, too.

Ah, the 90s! How I miss that decade.
That's exactly how I felt! Gone are the days when our biggest threat is someone like Yeltsin.
