Why he or his secretary didn't include my last name (Adams), I'll never know. Surely I remembered to write it.
Notice the design of the Enterprise at the top of the stationary. Although this was sent in 1978, that is the Enterprise used in Star Trek: The Motion Picture, which would not be released until 1979.
