Cue The Twilight Zone theme

I don't remember where I saw this last week (probably boing boing, which means everyone's already seen it), but I thought it was post-worthy. UPDATE: I saw this at earnest little cartoon guy, and was reminded of this after a visit to Bedazzled!. This is a link to a website featuring what they've called "accidental mysteries". They're photographs in which something is just slightly askew. One gets a sense something is amiss. The task with a couple is to figure out just exactly what lead to its inclusion in the collection. As I got them, particularly the more enigmatic ones, I was first amused, and then was left feeling a little unnerved.

...shiver...
